Contact form: your name, business email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), country (optional), area of interest, and the message you write.

AI Assistant: if you choose to share your name, email, phone number, company, or country with the assistant so our team can follow up, the same categories of information are collected.

The Site does not require you to create an account, and does not collect payment information anywhere.

2. How we use this information

We use the information you submit through the Contact form or AI Assistant only to respond to your inquiry, route it to the right team (sales or support), and follow up about what you asked about. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Cookies and local storage

The Site does not use cookies for advertising or marketing tracking. Your language preference (Arabic or English) is stored using your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and stays on your own device — it is never sent to Novixsys or any third party.

4. Third parties

The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts to display its typefaces. Requesting a font file may share your IP address with Google; see Google's own privacy policy for how Google handles that. Submitted form data is delivered to our sales or support team by email and is not otherwise shared with third parties, except where required by law.

Where Novixsys relies on service providers to operate the Site or deliver email (for example, web hosting or email hosting), those providers handle submitted information only on our behalf and only to the extent needed to provide their service.

Novixsys retains the personal information you submit only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy — responding to and following up on your inquiry, and keeping legitimate business records — subject to applicable legal requirements.
